Well it is offically summer. Rain is a thing of the past and hopefully of the future. We are currently suffering from the longest drought in recent history here in Northern California. Springs are dropping so if you are thinking of buying, be careful you might end up with a dry parcel. Any spring that produces well this year will be an anomoly and a true asset to the properrty. Another new angle on water in California is the State Water Boards enforcement of diversion and fees. If your spring and diversion are not recorded you may be facing a substantial fine. Other than these things it is a good time to buy. Prices are at a low and probably going to stay there for a while. Have a great summer.
